An excellent apartment on the 4th floor with ocean view, 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi, audio and video system, airconditioning, cable tv and internet.The doorman is 16 hours per day present. Renters will have all keys to enter the building.

There is a strict policy/rules. If you do not comply with these rules/policy the owner will get fined. And you will be responsible for paying these fines. It will be deducted from your Security Deposit.

I went to Rio with 3 other friends in December 2010. I was very skeptical and worried about renting apartments at first. Being the paranoid person I am, I did everything possible to find reviews and comments from other people. I found nothing negative about StartBrazil and what was even better, I was able to find someone that rented apartments through them a couple of years earlier. Once we got there, the managers were helpful with tips and the check in and check outs (we got 2 apartments) were without problems. I highly recommend this company. they are serious and both apartments were well kept. I would rent from them again, and would suggest to friends without hesitation.

I rented an apartment from StartBrazil when I was in Rio for a business trip. It was larger and better equipment than I had expected and really was just across the street from Copacabana beach. The service was excellent, prompt & efficient and their VIP taxi driver was also terrific. (think about having him give you a city tour while you are there.) Rio is also a lot safer than its reputation and was easy to get around in.

We rented a 2-bedroom apartment right next to the Copacabana Beach (very close to Ipanema, as well) and our experience has been great. The apartment was in great condition, along with the amenities offered. The staff has been very helpful throughout our stay.
